For products listed as In Stock on our website and readily available with BESTOMART warehouse, dispatch will occur within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of full payment. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional sale events.
2.2. Available
Items listed as Available on BESTOMART may not always be in ready stock, but these products can be procured once an order is placed. We work to source these products quickly and reliably, and delivery timelines will be based on both the procurement period and the estimated shipping time to your location.
2.3. Out of Stock
Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the Notify Me feature to know once it is available for purchase.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
3.1. We partner with trusted carriers such as Blue Dart, India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, and Safexpress to deliver your orders.
3.2. Domestic Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, or 7–10 business days in regions where standard courier services are available.
3.3. For certain locations, orders may be shipped via shipper or postal service, which can take up to 1–2 weeks depending on the destination.
3.4. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3.5. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays).
3.6. For special or out-of-stock items, the estimated delivery time may vary depending on product availability.
4. Shipping Charges
4.1. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
4.2. Free shipping may be offered on select products or for orders above a specified value (details will be displayed at checkout).
5. International Shipping
As of now, BESTOMART does not process international orders. If you are an international customer, please email your requirements to customer@bestomart.com, and our team will review and determine whether your order can be fulfilled.
6. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Orders can be tracked directly through the courier’s website or via the tracking link provided.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to certain regions due to carrier limitations or legal restrictions. Restricted areas will be indicated at checkout. You may also enter your pincode on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
8. Undeliverable Packages
8.1. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, customers may be responsible for reshipping costs. Upon receiving the package, our team will reach you to initiate the delivery again.
8.2. If BESTOMART is unable to fulfill your pre-paid order, we will refund the entire order value within 7–15 business days from the date of order cancellation.
9. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Packages
9.1. If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
9.2. If your package is delayed, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so that we can reach the courier to resolve the issue. In cases where delivery time exceeds the committed timelines, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order under the new delivery timeline. If you choose not to proceed with the order, the full amount will be refunded.
9.3. For lost packages, BESTOMART will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
